Job Description
  • Ensure compliance standards are met and documented through project implementation
  • Develop, guide, and mentor PA team members
  • Provide strategic direction and planning for the broader People Analytics team and key stakeholders.
  • Lead collaborative discussions with key COE leaders, People Subject Matter experts, and internal People project teams to design, configure, and implement new Analytics solutions
  • Provide hands-on technical and functional Data Analytic expertise as needed.
  • Direct management of project team and provide strategic direction, while remaining hands-on as a functional leader
  • Plan and direct the operation of the people Analytics team, including budget, risk and controls and data compliance.
  • Assist with design and deployment of integration points for extracting and populating data warehouse
  • Lead large-scale, strategic People Analytics programs across the Moody’s organization.
  • Lead department initiatives around user-experience design and innovation for reporting and dashboard consumption.
  • Create an integrated People Analytics service delivery model through leadership of the 8-10 person People Analytics team.
  • Responsible for the adoption of People Analytics project/change management principles
  • Create Roadmap to future deployment and usage of Data Lakes, Data Scientific analysis, Industry best practice on WFA, PA, Data Analytics etc
  • Provide SME on future state planning around deployment and design of Metrics, Dashboard, Success Factors Reporting Center etc
  • Ability to think creatively
  • 10 years of proven combined global People Analytics experience with proven knowledge of People Data, processes and systems including Security and reporting and visualization tools
  • Some Travel may be required
  • SAP integration and Data Warehouse experience etc.)
  • Experience with forming a strong working relationship with global teams and other People related functional groups
  • Understanding of People systems compliance/audit processes (i.e. GDPR, etc.)
  • Strong planning, communication, and organization skills
  • Project management, organization, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of global HCM systems(SuccessFactors Preferred)
  • Leadership facilitation experience to drive senior-level alignment for change
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including ability to interact and effectively communicate within Moody’s and with vendors (both verbal and written)
  • Strong technical skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, SharePoint, SuccessFactors, HRIS systems)
  • Must be able to work under tight deadlines when issues arise
  • SAP Finance understanding
  • Allocate resources and drive accountability throughout the Technology & Analytics Center of Excellence to ensure achievement of results
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential data

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $136,900 to $198,550, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
