Who you are
A skilled VP of Finance & Accounting with previous work experience as a Controller / CFO who has worked with mid-sized construction materials companies. You will be responsible for rebuilding the finance and accounting team. You are a CPA with a keen eye for attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You Have
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Deadline oriented with impeccable time management skills
  • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
  • Previous experience in accounting or related fields
What you’ll be doing
As a VP of Finance & Accounting at ConXtech, you’ll:
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
  • Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
  • Report analysis and findings to management team
Where you’ll be working
You’ll be working from our fun, commuter friendly Pleasanton, CA headquarters with an option to work a couple days per week remotely from home.
