Job Description

VP-level opportunity to completely own the US Customer Success practice for an incredibly sophisticated customer orchestration platform.


The Company

  • Circa 300 employees based in London, New York and multiple global offices


The Role

  • Spearhead the US CSM practice
  • Lead your team to achieve product adoption, renewal and expansion for their clients
  • Manage and grow C-suite client relationships


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Director-level Customer Success, Account Management or similar experience
  • Understanding of the Marketing Analytics / Marketing Automation industry
  • Team Management
