We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President/Director of Brand Marketing to join our team in the Bay area. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in redefining and leading our brand marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration across various marketing channels. This position will report directly to Eileen, contributing to the company's overall success through effective marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and lead the brand marketing division, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, values, and customer-centric approach.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate brand awareness, positioning, and differentiation in the market.
• Collaborate with the Chief Digital Officer to align digital marketing efforts and create a seamless customer experience across all online channels.
• Manage the marketing calendar, including campaigns, product launches, and promotional events, to optimize brand visibility and sales performance.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations to enhance the brand's reputation and expand its customer base.
• Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to ensure brand consistency and synergy with other marketing functions.
• Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
• Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure marketing messaging aligns with product offerings and customer preferences.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market shifts, and consumer behaviors to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
• Support the company's sustainability efforts and contribute to its social responsibility initiatives.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in brand marketing leadership roles, with a strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies.
• Expertise in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and customer engagement.
• Solid background in the retail industry, particularly in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility, aligning with the company's core values.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the latest marketing technologies, tools, and trends.

Salary and Benefits:
The Marketing VP/Director position offers a competitive salary of $175,000, with the potential for a 10% performance-based bonus.
