ZoomCare is seeking a VP, Marketing and Communications to join our team! The VP, Marketing and Communications is responsible for delivering and managing a strategic vision and roadmap for the marketing and communications team that aligns with ZoomCare’s fiscal plan, revenue goals, and KPIs. Leading functions in PR/Communications, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Program Management, the team increases brand awareness in mature and new markets, continues to differentiate ZoomCare in the marketplace as the offering evolves, sustains new and returning patient acquisition, and ensures the most optimal patient experience is achieved in all brand touch points across online and offline marketing initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Ensure consistent knowledge and application of industry best practices, developments, and consumer insights.
- Implement a go-to-market calendar by purpose and channel to account for new product, service, and clinic launches, seasonal product focus, and healthcare and channel-specific trends.
- Manage company public relations, communications, advertising, digital/brand/event marketing, and brand identity through ZoomCare’s non clinical online and offline experiences.
- Design and manage the marketing budget to optimize marketing spend for the highest performing efforts.
- Manage a team of specialists and creatives, create a supportive and collaborative environment to efficiently deliver on marketing plans, manage workloads, define the current team focus, and prioritize projects by deadlines and potential impact.
- Build brand awareness and drive revenue in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and manage internal and external relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, vendors, software providers, and contractors to support the daily operations of the marketing department and ensure the team has the right tools and resources to accomplish marketing goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Develop and analyze consumer research, including consumer surveys, analysis of target consumer segments, customer research, reviews and net promoter score data.
- Facilitate team collaborations, planning sessions, brainstorming, and project kick-offs to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the organization’s long-term mission and goals; identify ways to support the mission through talent management and cross functional initiatives.
- Develop marketing plans and frameworks for new product, service, and clinic launches, as well as seasonal and evergreen campaigns to bring in new patients and increase patient retention and visit frequency.
- Develop robust reporting and attribution modeling to show the short and long term impact of marketing spend and to test the impact of new creative ideas, campaigns, channels, and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years’ experience leading marketing teams, healthcare experience preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications and systems; Google Suite, CMR, Mac proficiency, preferred.
- Ability to collaboratively create and implement innovative, integrated marketing strategies to increase market share.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple lines of business simultaneously in a quick-moving, ever-evolving environment through effective planning and delegation.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, master’s degree preferred.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- Salary Range: $200,000 - $225,000 dependent on experience

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Prolonged periods of standing/sitting and working at a computer.
