Job Description

Reports To: The Director, Marketing & Communications will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

  • Video Editor

This position requires someone that can work in a fast-paced start-up environment with little direction. Proactively finding solutions to problems is key to success in this role. No day will be the same in this role.


You will be responsible for the following key marketing functions:

  • Operations Training and Video Production
  • Curriculum Design & LMS
  • Operations Uniforms & Merch
  • Regional Marketing
  • Customer Journey & Retention
  • Internal Communications


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Optimize our process for speed and quality
  • May travel up to 25% of the time
  • Foster an environment of creativity to create on brand content to recruit, train, and motivate our people
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and work hours to ensure on time and in budget delivery of projects
  • Requirements gathering for each project
  • Develop our people in various roles
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Perform weekly Backlog Grooming & Prioritization
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and deliver on them
  • Internal communications strategy to implement the content being developed
  • Random projects as assigned
  • Video Content Project Management - right to left planning to timelines and deliverables
  • Finds solutions to problems
  • End-to-end content creation
  • Build a Backlog of work
  • Build a company communication plan
  • Build marketing playbooks for inbound/outbound sales, customer retention, customer communication
  • Daily reporting to leadership
  • PowerPoint or Google Slide Training Presentation Creation
  • Build out our customer journey/experience and regional marketing strategies
  • Develop training content strategy by gathering requirements from stakeholders
  • Prioritize work based on impact and relative importance
