The company’s portfolio includes many of the world’s most respected and influential media properties including Vogue, Vanity Fair, Glamour, Self, GQ, The New Yorker, Condé Nast Traveler/Traveller, Allure, AD, Bon Appétit and Wired, among others. Condé Nast Entertainment was launched in 2011 to develop film, television and premium digital video programming.

Overview/Purpose:
Condé Nast integrated our U.S. and International businesses in 2019 and has been continuously working to refine growth strategies, accelerate innovation and develop the right organizational structures to meet the rapidly evolving media landscape. Our brands have worldwide influence and impact, and our business is increasingly becoming more global as we continue to innovate in new forms of content, video, events and conferences, agency, consumer products, data, and other brand-aligned projects.
We need to continue our transformation to realize the full potential of Condé Nast for our audiences and business partners, delivering the highest quality journalism, experiences, and value to our audiences, advertisers, and partners while enhancing collaboration between colleagues around the world.
The Transformation & Delivery team sits at the forefront of this continual change, helping to shape, manage and monitor a global portfolio of initiatives spanning people, process, and technology. We are comprised of a Global Program Management Office (GPMO), change management leads, operating model/org design specialists, and program/project managers who scope initiatives, develop project plans, and lead large, cross-functional teams through all phases of the program.
As the VP Global Transformation, you will lead all aspects of the global transformation and delivery function, working closely with senior leaders across the business to understand and identify areas of opportunity, develop our overall transformation strategy and roadmap, and drive implementation. You will lead a group of full-time and contingent staff focused on enabling global transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of highly complex projects from inception to completion. You will deliver expert-level consulting across key strategic projects, including efficiency and growth initiatives, global technology/systems/platform implementations, workforce location strategy, and operating model design.
