Creative Collaborations LLC is a small, woman-owned and operated business based in Rhode Island focused on providing social media and virtual-assisting services to likeminded small business owners in an array of creative fields looking to level up in an organic, organized way that works for them. We adore working with photographers, wedding industry professionals, graphic designers, home organizers, and more! Our goal this year is to expand in a sustainable way that won’t leave anyone feeling burnt out. That’s where our new part-time Copy + Admin Manager comes in.

We are looking for someone to fill a role on the Creative Collaborations team for about 10-15 hours per week with hopes to add quite a few more hours by the end of the year. We are currently based in New England and work 95% of the time through our phones and laptops. A coffee shop meet is needed a couple times a year for connection and/or instruction, so we’d love someone who is not only ready to grow with us, but can also bring great vibes so we can continue to nurture a positive, supportive environment.

This role will require availability Mondays + Tuesdays between 1pm-1:30 with two 30-minute social media engagement sessions each day. We’d love someone who enjoys and wants to be responsible for all things copy–from writing Facebook posts and Instagram stories in a fun, down-to-earth way to getting professional for coordinating client emails and team members. This person should be able to adapt to any style of writing, but gravitates toward a more warm, playful, and entertaining voice. Fluent in sarcasm is preferred.
