Job Description

Exciting new VP, Technical Program Management and Product Operations opportunity now available.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic cross functional initiatives from concept to ship
  • Partner with various teams including platform engineering, product engineering, product management, customer success, sales and leadership
  • Provide transparency, communication, visibility and accountability
  • Diagnose high priority issues across the portfolio
  • Ensure that technical program managers and product operations ensure timely high quality releases
  • Lead a high performing team of technical program management and product operations teams
  • Drive Agile measurements
  • Lead our quarterly release efforts across engineering and products
  • Define KPI and OKR for engineering and product to track delivery efforts frog


Experience:

  • Able to work with C-Level execs
  • Excellent people and team leadership skills
  • Tools: Aha!Confluence, GitLab, JIRA
  • Hands on experience with large scale software, platforms and products used by global customers
  • Agile experience
  • 15 yrs of program management in TPM space, program management and product operations
  • Understand CI/CD pipeline
  • Manage cross functional teams to deliver complex initiatives in dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate problems, to influence and negotiate and inspire others
  • Experience building roadmaps, project plans, rollout and communication plans
  • BA/Masters in Business, Computer Science or related
