Job Description

Vice President of Operations

Our client is a private-equity backed Manufacturing organization that is successful and growing rapidly. As part of this growth, they have created a new VP - Operations position to lead the overall manufacturing strategy.


Based in the greater Toledo metro area (or north of it), the ideal candidate will mesh with the existing culture and bring a high-energy personality to lead their organization forward!


The ideal candidate will expand on their capabilities - including:

  • Organizational development - enabling future leaders
  • High-volume Production Systems - lean, etc...
  • Management saavy - across all levels, including union workforce (preferred)
  • Full Operational P&L responsibilities for a multi-plant system
  • Developing, championing and improving KPI's
  • Financial acumen - adept at short and long-term planning


On-site role - not a remote position

Travel - varies between sites (currently in OH & MI)
