Vice President Marketing Jobs

One of the leading Agribusiness Financial Services companies is seeking to hire a VP of Marketing to serve on its leadership team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of an industry that serves the local farmer on a national scale. With its local office footprint model, this company is growing at a controlled rate of 20%.

In this role you will be a key strategic partner and will lead a complete marketing program that will support the continual expansion on a geographical basis. You will serve 25 local offices in 18 states.

The successful candidate will need to be a self-motivated and exceptionally driven marketing professional. Having proven marketing analytics and mining skills will be required. At least 10 years of marketing experience with agricultural or lending experience is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensures brand guidelines are met.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives and programs that will measurably impact sales.
• Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasting, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.
• Translate the overall marketing vision into integrated plans, tactics and deliverables.
• Maintain knowledge of the market; identifying needs for new products and services and making recommendations to leadership.
