Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our Generative AI division at Quby. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing the marketing team, and achieving revenue targets for our Generative AI solutions.

• Lead and manage the marketing team, setting goals, and providing coaching and mentoring
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth for our Generative AI solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the Generative AI industry
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop and deliver effective sales materials
• Create and execute campaigns and initiatives to promote the company's Generative AI solutions
• Develop and implement marketing policies, procedures and guidelines
• Represent the company in trade shows, events and industry associations
• Create and maintain marketing reports and forecast for the Generative AI division
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis in the Generative AI industry
• Meet or exceed sales targets for the Generative AI division

Skills & experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Proven ability to develop and implement marketing policies and procedures
• Strong understanding of Generative AI techniques and technologies
• Experience in managing marketing teams
• Strong leadership and management skills
• 10+ years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of success in the Generative AI industry
• Strong understanding of marketing process, methodologies and tools
