Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Director for a comparable Hospital system.
• HVAC Certification highly desired
• MUST HAVE acute care hospital experience (10+ years)
• Specialized advanced training and education in the use and function of various types of equipment and systems.
• Master's degree in related field required
• Thorough knowledge of hospital mechanical systems and utilities management, including the operation of chillers, boilers, emergency generators, electrical switchgear, automatic transfer switch, pumps, and air handling equipment.
• Demonstrated experience in the coordination of on-site construction activities and project management, ensuring compliance with engineering principles, hospital standards, applicable contracts, and regulatory standards.
