Vice President Business Development Real Estate

Define and execute the company’s Real Estate investment strategy; Convert relevant prospects to customers by presenting SecondRE’s offering; Source, Underwrite and execute Real Estate deals the company would like to take part in; Create a prioritized funnel of Real Estate sponsors, fund managers, affiliates of assets and investors; Lead the Business Development and Real Estate department, directly managing 2 Jr/ Business Development and Real estate Associates; Serve as the bridge between the market and customers’ requirements and R&D; Highly involved in critical R&D discussions determining the product vision and roadmap. 40% travel to unanticipated locations across the U.S.Required: Master's degree in Business Administration, a closely related discipline, or its equivalent; 60 months experience as a Senior manager of institutional grade real estate investments or related, including 3 years of experience in a Fintech/Proptech company; and Experience with the following: Designing and developing long-term corporate strategy and investment plans; Underwriting real estate investments totaling at least $1 Billion; Transferring sourced leads to transaction opportunities.
