Vehicle Electrification Program Manager

Are you a highly experienced program manager with a passion for electric vehicles?

EPG (EPGAmerica.com) is currently seeking a Vehicle Electrification Program Manager for one of our partners which is a major player in automation and electric vehicle manufacturing. In this role, you will enhance and guide the implementation of the companys comprehensive electrification strategy, focusing on meeting the requirements and addressing the unique challenges of zero-emission technology in the material handling industry. This position is hybrid, based in Houston, TX. Some travel domestically and internationally is possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the electrification of product lines.
• Create new energy solutions and service offerings to aid MLA, dealers, and customers in achieving regulatory compliance.
• Utilize accessible government or private funding opportunities.
• Increase the companys overall market share.
• Stay informed about evolving trends and technologies that will influence the future expansion of the sector.

Requirements

• Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams through the use of interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Bachelors degree.
• Experience in vehicle electrification and/or energy solutions, particularly in roles involving product management and the development of new concepts and business models.
• Capable of engaging with and presenting to a wide range of stakeholders, including top-level executives.
• 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of product management or business planning experience.

Preferred

• Technical engineering knowledge of electrical hardware and software, charging, battery, and hydrogen technologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with off-road machinery industry (construction, material handling, agriculture).
