7+ years of product management or business planning experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Create new energy solutions and service offerings to aid MLA, dealers, and customers in achieving regulatory compliance.

7-10 years of relevant work experience.

Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams through the use of interpersonal and leadership skills.

Experience with off-road machinery industry (construction, material handling, agriculture).

Good knowledge of National Instruments and experience with lab equipment is required.

Gathers and shares new technology knowledge.

Work experience: at least 5 years of work experience in an electronic testing environment.

Knowledge of Python is a plus

Understand industry standard tests for batteries, chargers and electrical system equipment. Work with test personnel to develop test plans and procedures.

Evaluates competitive product designs and performance
