As a US Logistics Manager, your mission will be two folds: You will own the overall delivery experience at BackMarket and own the Back Market shipping service in the US.


YOUR MISSION: 🥇


  • You will manage cross-departmental projects to improve the different KPIs mentioned above
  • For the Delivery Experience U.S.:
  • For BackShip U.S. (Back Market Shipping service):
  • You will own the overall Back Market post-order delivery experience (On Time Delivery, incident rate, tracking, notifications) and ensure continuous improvement
  • You will own the operational and commercial performance of the service
  • You will own the overall Back Market pre-order delivery experience (promise and shipping fees) to optimize the Contact Rate and Conversion Rate
  • You will own the P&L of the service in the U.S.
  • You will be the main counterpart of the product team when it comes to US logistics topic


YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐


  • You possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are data-driven with a keen interest in drawing insights from data.
  • You're comfortable using Excel and have a basic understanding of SQL (or willingness to learn).
  • Past exposure to logistics is a bonus but not a necessity.
  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably with a focus on data, operations, or project management.
  • You exhibit a hands-on approach and are eager to dive deep into projects and tasks.
  • You're adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic environment.

  • Leadership Interview - COO (1 hr)
  • Internal Stakeholders Interview (1 hr)
  • Business Screening + live Skills Fit - Head of Logistics (1 hr)


This position has an estimated annual base salary range of $75,000 to $100,000, plus opportunities for equity. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.
