We are conducting a search for a Vice President of Marketing and Communications for our North American Division. The position will serve as the lead strategist and architect for the continued elevation and protection of the organization’s profile and reputation with internal and external stakeholders, as well as taking point for crisis communications and other high stakes company issues. Reporting directly to the President/CEO of North America, this leadership role serves as the key strategist and an internal thought leader driving marketing and communications programs that build brand equity, and achieve goals for positioning, awareness, consideration, and intent.

We are seeking a dynamic, inclusive, innovative, digitally savvy marketing and communications executive to lead a data-driven, strategic, and technology-forward approach to develop consumer marketing and communications programs. The Vice President of Marketing and Communications has full responsibility for internal and marketing communications resources including budget, staff, technology/platforms, paid, earned, and owned media, agency partners, vendors, and service providers.

• Serves as part of the senior leadership team, providing strategic counsel to senior leadership, business teams, and key stakeholders across the organization and to peers in the parent organization and global regions.
• Drives impactful storytelling through the ongoing ownership and refinement of message strategy and the messaging platform.
• Leads the ongoing refinement of the visual voice to strengthen the organization's positioning, recognition, differentiation, and reputation among target audiences.
• Develops and deploys a crisis communications plan and serves as the lead communicator for response to and management of crises or other high stakes/issues management situations.

This is an on-site leadership role located at our North America corporate headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.

We are looking for a dynamic leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of success, and 10-plus years of experience in the marketing and communications field.

The base salary is $190k to $220k. We offer full benefits, including retirement and an annual incentive plan.
