Overview
The Infrastructure PM is responsible for delivering documentation focused on projects around network infrastructure implementations, server upgrades and software implementations. Also, a large focus will be on new buildings and renovation of existing buildings URBN moves ahead with across the US and UK.
Responsibilities

• Main owner of enterprise projects within the URBN Technology Infrastructure team.
• Project Management for rolling out new systems across multiple locations
• Knowledge on network topology and concepts within large enterprise corporate environments
• Strong communication skills and needs to be able to track issues and escalate when needed
• Candidates must be able to collaborate in a professional manner and be responsible for multiple projects and tasks demonstrating accountability
• Focus will be network upgrades, enterprise software upgrades and new buildings and renovation projects.
• Defining tasks and timeliness surrounding large implementations
• Will require travel domestically as projects require. New distribution center builds or renovations. No more than 10% travel is expected but could change.
• Coordinating and participating in meetings with project teams as owner from URBN Technology
• Must be able to lead initiatives across cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced culture is a must
• Prior Project Management experience in an Information Technology infrastructure footprint
• 5+ years of managing projects at the enterprise scale
• Attention to detail with a high level of integrity and accountability

Job Skills

• Ability to manage and prioritize workload.
• Basic understanding of computer concepts
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced changing environment
