The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an IT Project Manager. Ideal candidates must have 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager who has technical in depth expertise in procurement capabilities and processes in e-procurement platforms and systems.

• Align project resources, create schedule, and project timeline, incl. location check lists and roll out plan
• Assess current condition, evaluate and align business requirements across 30 operating locations and offices
• Support the strategic global procurement intitiative to replace the e-procurement catalog system
• Facilitate software evaluation processes, conduct functional and technical reviews, support commercial negotiation
• Specify project deliverables across all impacted workstreams business process design, change management, data, application and integration development, infrastructure and security
• Help define the project scope along the business objectives
• Execute project plan, monitor and report on progress, cost, issues and risks, and realized benefits
• Co-lead a cross discipline project team, establish project governance, manage communication with team and stakeholders, prepare and conduct project tollgates and business reviews with steering committee

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Preferred

Cerifications

• PMP or CAPM Preferred

Experience Required

• Prior IT technical experience - understands API's, fusion middleware, tables vs databases, integration, etc.
• Excellent communication
• In depth subject matter expertise in procurement processes and capabilities in e-procurement platforms and systems
• IT Project Management experience - 10+ years
• Prior experience implementing SAAS products that integrate with ERP systems
