Description And Requirements
JOB SUMMARY: The Associate Project Manager will serve as the bridge between our clients, internal teams and partners to support and manage the effective operational execution of multiple Endpoint Adjudication Committee (EMC) projects. This role will serve in a client-facing project management capacity. This is a client facing position responsible for supporting current EAC projects, executing and delivering contracted services, engaging the ACI Operations team in the delivery of successful, impactful work, and expanding awareness of ACI services to relevant target audiences.
Education Requirements

• BS/BA required or equivalent experience.

Qualifications/Experience

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills (i.e., Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• At least two (2) years of work experience related to project management and a minimum of one (1) year of work experience related to clinical trials
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, communication (written and oral), and time management skills required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

• Coordinate project team meetings and record and disseminate minutes of meetings.
• Provide regular (at least monthly) status reports to upper management.
• Manage project-specific budgets and timelines, including identification of changes in scope and preparation of change order budgets.
• Serve as primary liaison to Sponsor regarding assigned projects and/or programs.
• Provide proactive leadership as the primary project leader for any assigned project.
• Assure that project tasks and deliverables are properly executed and tracked according to defined budgets and timelines.
• Support proposal development by providing 1) protocol-specific sections to proposal text and 2) specification as needed for budget development.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.

Expected annual base salary range: $65,000 to $87,000
