We’re a marketing software company that serves small business owners, primarily financial advisors, and insurance agents. About 40,000 small businesses use our tools to build websites and send out our content. Generally, these businesses don’t have marketing departments but are growth-minded enough to know they need to market themselves.

Before you Apply


FMG (Agency Revolution) is a fast-growing, location-independent company. This means that you are not required to report to an office each day, but rather work remotely from the location(s) of your choice.


However, ideal candidates for this role must still be within a 60 minute drive to the Lehigh Valley, PA, area since we do have team days and other in-person events on a regular basis.

Compensation This position pays $37,000-$42,000 based on your experience level and expertise.


About The Role


As an Elevate Project Manager for Agency Revolution, the Insurance Agency division, you’re responsible for providing hands-on marketing assistance to help independent insurance agencies do more with our suite of insurance marketing solutions, Forge and Fuse.


Client coordination, setting expectations, and ensuring projects are progressing as expected are core responsibilities, as is coordinating with our internal teams to ensure our deliverables reflect the clients’ businesses.


Primary Responsibilities & Expectations


  • Access to a private & secure workspace, free from distractions.
  • Exceptional communication is critical, as is ensuring that the right people are doing the right thing at the right time. Ultimately, your job is to deliver the highest quality experience for our clients as we continue to expand.
  • Internet connection with speeds of 5 Megabits down / 3 Megabits up (5mbps/3mbps).
  • Facilitate web meetings with clients and internal teams to discuss strategy, identify and resolve challenges, and provide suggestions to ensure expectations are being met and exceeded.
  • Capture detailed notes, schedule appropriate follow ups, and coordinate internal resources to ensure client work meets our standard of quality and is delivered on time.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have fun as we grow together!
  • Accessibility during the assigned work schedule for regular duties and responsibilities as outlined by the supervisor.
  • Manage the client relationship from onboarding through marketing strategy execution. You’ll gain intimate knowledge of our suite of insurance products and work with each client to set clear goals, strategies, and expectations to continuously move their marketing forward.
  • Serve as the direct-point-of-contact for assigned clients with a focus on proactively building and maintaining strong, long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.


Skills And Qualifications


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • This position will train in-person for about a week from 9am-5pm in Bethlehem, PA. The position itself will be remote after that with occasional meetings in Bethlehem, PA.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Google G Suite, and other online tools is desired. The ability to quickly learn these and other tools is more important, however.
  • Self-motivated and able to function both independently and within a team structure.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with grace.
  • Quick “on your feet” and able to field questions and challenges as they happen.
  • Marketing agency and/or experience working with clients.
  • Ability to manage expectations, set schedules, and ensure deliverables are on track as agreed to.
  • Comfortable brainstorming and offering creative solutions to challenges big and small.
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
