Job Description

Overview

  • Assist & support Production team.
  • Support the aesthetics and quality of product by maintaining quality production and ensuring on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Logistics: Monitor post-vendor hand over to NDC to ensure on time delivery; work with cross channel team on any logistical delays
  • Packages – assist Design Coordinator and team with outgoing and incoming packages.
  • Line Review-manage line review process with Production team. Facilitate monthly line review meeting with Customs Compliance
  • Branding and Packaging- Assist team in maintaining branding and packaging binder
  • Reorders- assist team with weekly reorders to ensure timely confirmation and issue of purchase orders
  • Purchase Orders Follow up with vendors to ensure receipt of new purchase orders. Manage purchase orders in Tradestone
  • TOP Tracking – ensure TOP samples are being sent on a timely basis. Manage incoming TOP sample packages. Gather approvals from team and send comments to vendors.
  • Price Tickets/Checknet – follow up on ticket issues (orders, shipping, changes, payments) with agents, vendors, Checknet or DC.
  • Test Reports: approve and upload test reports into System.
  • Specs- work with vendors to get product specs for buying/ web copy
  • WIP Report review – review the weekly WIP reports from overseas agents & vendors to ensure on time orders and new orders are added to the report each week. Print direct & retail open order reports for team. Manage Order Place to Vendor ship via weekly WIP reports from all vendors. Communicate issues to buying
  • Chargebacks – process chargebacks from the DC as it relates to direct import vendors.
  • Finalization/POHO preparation – help prepare cost sheets, make copies, etc. in advance of seasonal finalization meetings. Attend POHO meetings.

  • Ability to multi task
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving & trouble shooting skills that allow for a proactive approach to the business
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft office

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
