We are looking to add UI/UX Designers who are excited and passionate about digging in and rolling up their sleeves to help drive amazing design and strategy for our clients. Our most immediate need is for UI/UX Designers with varying levels of experience to join working client teams.

We are looking for designers comfortable with ambiguity and confident in jumping into a team, getting up to speed and finding ways to immediately start to add design and strategy value. Our clients are looking for support across teams with varying levels of design system and methodology maturity. Nxtting is a collective of experienced and passionate design and strategy leaders with lifetimes of industry experience and we are looking for other passionate, positive, thoughtful and bright designers & strategists to join us and our clients. UI/UX Designer Responsibilities:

General responsibilities include the following:

·Collaborating with Business stakeholders, UX, Product Management and Engineering to define the problem, outline feature requirements and work together to develop solution options

·Convert solutions into intuitive, easy-to-use, and accessible UI designs

·Create UI designs at various levels of fidelity including design specs and prototypes to hand-off to engineering team

·Presenting design guidelines and patterns to the greater UX team

·Ensuring consistent experiences across multiple features to align directly with business requirements

Additional responsibilities could include:

·Working with User Researchers to identify new opportunities and validate proposed solutions

·Acting as the UI design evangelist for the team and stakeholders

·Collaborating with other designers to coordinate UX efforts that span products and initiatives

Qualifications:

·3-5+ years of relevant work experience

·Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

·An online portfolio with multiple projects that each demonstrate execution of the UX design process

·UI/UX design and experience working with design systems

·Experience designing for web applications

·Experience working across multiple projects and deadlines

·Current with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

·Experienced in Figma including auto layout, components, and prototyping

Nice to have:

·Experience with complex workflows and large data sets

·Experience working with development teams in an agile environment

·Working knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)
