Ui/Ux Engineer Jobs

Responsibilities

• Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products.
• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process
• Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements!
• Work closely and collaborate on UX strategy and planning.

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ or 10+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency)

Preferred Qualifications

• Understand target users deeply: develop or work from user profiles and conduct task analysis, create user scenarios or use stories.
• Must have Healthcare domain experience
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups and detailed UI and visual design specifications for web, mobile web, and app interfaces.
• Ability to present cohesive design approaches to a non-design audience (including business, product, and technology teams)
• Solid understanding of user-centered and web design principles
• Ability to grasp multiple product requirements with careful attention to detail.
• Past work experience in designing enterprise applications is good to have.
• Solid understanding in User Research (Both Qualitative and Quantitative)
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Past experience in designing apps for Finance or Insurance domain is a plus.
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
