Job Description

Graphic Designers

Start: July 17, 2023

Duration: 6+ Months

Location: 100% REMOTE

Hourly Rate: $40.00 1099


We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designers with expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Elucidat. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in our design team, collaborating with various stakeholders to create visually stunning and engaging graphics for a wide range of projects. Your exceptional design skills and ability to bring concepts to life will be instrumental in enhancing our brand identity and delivering impactful visual content.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design captivating graphics, layouts, illustrations, and other visual elements that align with the brand's style guidelines.
  • Collaborate with client teams, including SME, content creators, and developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Maintain a keen eye for detail while ensuring consistency and quality in all design deliverables.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual impact of projects.
  • Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance design capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Basic Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) tool.
  • PROFICIENCY in Adobe CC, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Elucidat are must haves.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering Error-free projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web design tools
  • Ability to translate conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Familiarity with different file formats and specifications for both print and digital platforms.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of creative design projects.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-learning and instructional design is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Aftereffects will be an advantage
  • Experience working with offshore team members
