Training Manager Jobs

Purpose
People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking a Training Manager to provide Training Management / Administrative Support to ECAC Training at Lackland AFB, TX.
*****THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARDING OF A GOVERNMENT CONTRACT*****
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Capable of performing all aspects of instruction in support of course S-V70-A syllabus
• Prepare lesson plans and training aids, and present academic, laboratory, and operational/field training lessons.
• Perform management, training, and instructor certification functions during academic, laboratory and operational/field training.
• Provide instruction and logistics support in all aspects of operational/field training and technical training program.
• Shall instruct in the use of maps and compasses and have a working knowledge in the area of overland navigation.
• Accompany personnel to the field training locations, Resistance Training, and EL’s
• Perform tasks in logistics, plans, programs and administration in support of course instruction requirements.
• Track, maintain, and update training logs, instructor evaluations, and student handouts, note taking guides, course critiques and phase critiques.
