Job Description
Overview


INVIZ is a marketplace that partners with content creators, musicians, actors, athletes, and more to blend storytelling with exclusive products, creating brands, narratives, and franchises that captivate fans. As an Account Manager at INVIZ, you will play a crucial role in the company by acting as the main point of contact for clients. You will work closely with the creative, art, and marketing departments to strategically plan and execute product launches. This position requires a combination of big picture thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. It also requires an outgoing personality and a passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships. Please note that this position is based in our Santa Monica, CA office and is not remote.



  • Collaborate with the Account Director on financial projections for upcoming sales.
  • Provide all necessary product information for each approved product that will be included in a client's collection.
  • Submit art requests, provide creative direction, and work with the design department through revisions to bring client-approved products to life.
  • Manage product stock for the assigned roster of clients via Shopify and submit product reorders as needed.
  • Maintain client organization in Monday.com, Google Drive, Shopify, and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate with the merchandise production team as they communicate with factories to produce your client's products.
  • Build and submit purchase orders to the merchandise production team.
  • Manage projects, scheduling, and deadlines for the assigned roster of clients.
  • Utilize project management software to enter, update, and track project timelines.
  • Work with the design team to schedule and coordinate photo shoots to create web assets and social promotional assets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with an assigned roster of clients and their management representatives.
  • Familiarize yourself with each client's social media content, fanbase, and target market in order to build and sell relevant products.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop product lines for e-commerce.


Qualifications


  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and remain composed under pressure.
  • Familiarity with project management software and the ability to adapt to new tools and procedures.
  • Understanding of the e-commerce process and platforms.
  • Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to effectively communicate with creative individuals to execute ideas.
  • Experience and familiarity with the merchandise production process.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
