- Set and manage goals around customer retention rates (gross churn) and net recurring revenue (NRR)
- Manage quarterly business review calls with strategic customers
- Gather customer feedback and be a champion for the customer internally at DuploCloud
- Desire to work in a fast moving startup environment
- Friendly, conversational, and able to understand prospect needs
- Organize and streamline the DuploCloud Onboarding Process
- 5+ years of B2B Account Management (post sales and customer success) experience
- Responsible for the successful adoption of DuploCloud within our customers
- Obtain case studies and reviews/CSAT surveys
- Collaborate with alliances on cloud funding programs
- Impeccable written and verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Prior experience in cloud infrastructure, devops and/or cyber-security
- Fast Learner with an affinity for cloud technology
- Excited to drive value within our current customer base
- Determine, Flag and forecast areas of churn risk (product usage, support engagement or financial risk)
- Process Contract Renewals and Expansion Opportunities
