ICS - Enterprise Transformation, Manager Training & Development

Grant Thornton’s Enterprise Transformation team is looking for a Manager of Training & Development to ensure that the transformational efforts, audit remediation and process changes are identified, road mapped out and training curriculum identified and deployed to key stakeholders throughout Grant Thornton. As part of the governance team, the Manager of Training & Development will be accountable for developing a training and development program for each internal area and support transformational efforts in change/new systems or solutions and audit remediation efforts to ensure everyone is both communicated with, trained on key processes/functionality and the appropriate vehicles (LMS/Canvas, etc.) are updated and maintained. The Manager of Training & Development will also manage key internal surveys and results.

Essential Duties Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing continuous improvement
  • Performance and operational reporting
  • Collaborate with ET operations and business stakeholders to continually evolve training & certification programs for internal resources.
  • Monitor canvas and audit remediation projects for updates/training.
  • Support special projects (like supplier on-boarding/off boarding, GTRS, Amex, etc.) to ensure proper training materials in place and accessible on canvas
  • Provides analysis and support of service metric benchmarking, training’s taken and certification program
  • Review proposed projects annually to identify training and development needs
  • Perform New Hire Orientation
  • Develop annual training and development roadmap
  • Audit remediation resulting process gaps, training needs and refreshes annually
  • Propose enhancements to policies and processes to improve ET services; resolve any gaps in practice when required.
  • Supports the business and operational stakeholders in addressing:
    • Ongoing continuous improvement
    • Performance and operational reporting
    • Support of service metric benchmarking, and internal surveys
    • Audit remediation resulting process gaps, training needs and refreshes annually
    • Support commercial teams with changes to services, new services and business impact

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to collaborate with diverse teams and staff of all levels
  • American Standards for Training and Development (ASTD) Master Trainer
  • 5+ years' of relevant experience required, a Technology Education focus is strongly preferred.
  • Adobe Captivate
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Understanding of industry best practices with training and development
  • Articulate E-Learning

The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Denver, CO office only is between $93,300 and $155,500 per year.

The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, San Diego, CA, and New York City(Manhattan) offices only is between $100,800 and $167,900 per year.

The base salary range for this position in the firm’s San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA offices only is between $107,300 and $178,800 per year.
