Training And Development Administrator (For Healthcare Clinics)

Responsibilities

• Delivering training materials and hands on training for all staff members
• Responsible for facilitation of Instructor-Led or Virtual Instructor-Led new hire training courses, new processes, and continued education for existing employees and new hires as well as one-on-one training, when needed
• Additional duties as assigned
• Creating and implementing new process training, workflow development and training, communicating new information and workflow changes
• Responsible for assisting with the development and building of role-based training material for clinical roles such as Ultrasound Technicians, Receptionists, and Medical Assistants
• Perform physical preparation of training facilities including production and maintenance of course materials, metrics, and evaluations
• Understand workflow, policies and procedures related to clinical associates and work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure the most current information is being conveyed
• Effectively navigate and troubleshoot basic technical issues and connectivity for virtual sessions
• Maintain documentation regarding workflows in the clinical applications of the EMR and other clinical applications
• Responsible for new hire, clinical trainees, until new hire training is completed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent communication skills and attention to details
• Experience in creating training programs, preferred
• Minimum 1-years of conducting training for clinical staff in a healthcare setting, preferred
• Experience creating LMS training materials or related PowerPoint presentations, preferred
• Ability to travel up to 10%, required
• Minimum 1-year of EMR experience, preferred
• Experience with Apple mobile Products (iPad, iPhone), preferred
• Experience with presentations to small and large groups in classroom or virtual environments, along with one-on-one training, required
