About the Role:

As Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for starting and scaling our affiliate program through creative thinking and a focus on proven affiliate strategies.

This position will report to the Chief Commercial Officer. The successful candidate must have specific knowledge and experience working in the affiliate marketing industry, experience in the Fintech, Crypto vertical is a plus.

You will be responsible for ideating, scoping and delivering a strategic market-specific scalable program to boost client acquisition with the full support of designers, developers and content team, ready to support a new dedicated initiative to bring explosive growth to our innovative sector.

Requirements:

• Develop and work with existing communities to bolster communications and help drive growth and initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonus offers.
• To form a new division dedicated to affiliate platform and management, this includes technology selection, integration and development.
• Liaise with regional Heads and other channel stakeholders to ensure all affiliate activity and exposure falls in line with targets and KPIs
• Identify, develop and recruit new affiliates through strategic approaches within affiliate networks, social networks, marketplace sites and other areas relevant to the role.
• Develop local affiliate partner recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns across a broad spectrum of active regions.
• Present reports for relevant program metrics such as number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate, etc.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate performance
• Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates
• Line management and recruitment of regional Affiliate Executives
• Maintain direct communication and recommend new campaigns for the company and affiliates, using metrics to measure performance.
• Carry out systematic checks of affiliates for the quality of the provided traffic and fraud, monitoring
• Monitor traffic sources to using analytics to determine areas of focus for highest performing affiliates
• Work proactively with new affiliates, mentoring them in all facets of the program
• A strong understanding of the German and European Market and align exposure with local markets is a huge plus
• To develop a strong Partner Program designed to nurture our partner relationships and act as an official conduit for communication and assets
