We are seeking a highly motivated ERC Sales Representative to join our team. The ERC Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business by reaching out to business owners and promoting the benefits of the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). The ERC is a tax credit that helps businesses keep their employees on payroll during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a commission-only position, and the successful candidate will be able to earn a high income by closing deals and generating new business.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to business owners and explain the benefits of the ERC
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct sales presentations and follow up with clients to close deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date on changes to ERC legislation and communicate these changes to clients
- Collaborate with the ERC team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales success, preferably in a commission-only role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with the ERC and tax credits preferred, but not required
