5. Develop and implement the affiliate marketing strategy, with a focus on ROI and revenue growth.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate promotions with overall company goals.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable affiliate marketing regulations and standards.
8. Provide reports and analysis to demonstrate return on investment and growth.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
2. Proven experience in managing affiliates and executing successful affiliate marketing campaigns.
3. Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and programs.
4. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
5. Superior negotiation and relationship-building skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
