OpsArmy is a leading virtual assistant provider, specializing in identifying, interviewing, and training highly skilled virtual assistants to meet the needs of businesses. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales - Channel Partner / Reseller to join our team and drive the acquisition of new businesses. As an independent client partner (sales agent), you will play a crucial role in promoting OpsArmy's services and attracting clients, with a focus on selling and acquiring other businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Present and promote OpsArmy's value proposition, highlighting the benefits of outsourcing tasks to virtual assistants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target businesses, demonstrating expertise and trustworthiness.
- Prospect and engage with potential businesses, targeting companies that can benefit from OpsArmy's virtual assistant services.
- Identify and understand the unique needs and pain points of businesses, offering tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets.
- Collaborate with the OpsArmy team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive business acquisition.
- Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of virtual assistant services, outsourcing industry, or related fields is advantageous.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of acquiring new business and meeting sales targets.
- 2+ years of experience minimum in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and engagement.
Compensation:
- The commission ranges from $17,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on the number of clients you close per month.
- Earning potential is uncapped, allowing for limitless income based on performance.
- Client Partners will receive up to 20% of the initial commission and up to 10% monthly residual as long as the referred clients remain with OpsArmy and depending on seniority and engagement level with OpsArmy.
- Compensation for this position is based on a commission structure.
