Job Description

You will be troubleshooting and clearly communicating solutions to customer issues in a user-friendly and professional manner by phone, email, and chat. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week working remotely and 2 days in the office.


The training schedule will be M-F 9a-5:30p MST until thechosen candidate has completed the training, which usually takes around 1.5-3 months. After that, the work schedule will be after hours from 6p-2:30a, weekends and holidays, with 2 consecutive days off throughout the week.

  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills.

  • Prior experience working in a technical support role
