Role: Technical Program Manager (On-site)
Salary: 160,000 to 200,000 (DOE)
Industry: Defense and Space Manufacturing
Schedule: 8am to 5pm

What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of design, build, and test experience

• Excellent customer interfacing skills
• Eligible to obtain government clearance (clearance is not required for the position)
• Experience with space-based, electro-optic hardware integration
• Extensive experience in Aerospace industry
• Systems engineering experience
• Program management experience with electro-optic, laser systems, and manufacturing in Aerospace industry
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering

Preferred Skills

• Masters of Science in Engineering

What You Will Be Doing

• Assign tasks to program team members and set/communicate program priorities and goals
• Lead engineering and manufacturing teams through the end-to-end development of active electro-optic systems
• Keep senior management appraised of status/issues (technical, programmatic, workforce)
• Establish system key performance parameters, and the requirements flow down to subsystems
