Position

The Supply Chain Coordinator position for purchasing and pricing analysis at Mezeh is an entry level support role for Supply Chain and Operations.

Responsibilities

You will complete reports and assist leadership with tasks surrounding:

• Task completion
• Food Cost analysis
• Data entry
• Pricing
• Procurement

Skills

• Flexible and able to work cross-functionally with other departments as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with other leaders to hold our team to high standard
• Organized and detail-oriented

Qualifications

Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs including (but not limited to) Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• 2+ years of restaurant industry experience
• Previous experience in supply chain or procurement

Preferred

• Experience with COGS-Well, Plate IQ and/or Revel.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Experience in restaurant management
• Bachelor's Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
