Job Description
The Technical Design Assistant will work closely with the Technical Design team to support the coordination and organization of our technical design process.


  • Organize and send packages to vendors
  • Research and interface with teams, vendors, internal departments, and customers to answer product
  • Maintain daily communication with vendors, including charts, logs, etc.
  • Assist in PLM to create, update, and maintain specifications
  • Adhere to the calendar and support the Technical Design staff to ensure deadlines are met


Requirements


  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Strong math skills, the ability to work with fractions and percentages
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and be self-directed
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Experience with product development applications helpful (Adobe Illustrator and PLM)
