Support the Ralph Lauren Talent Relations team in the execution of celebrity and talent related initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Update talent press recap reports for internal distribution
  • Research competitive intelligence relating to fashion, celebrity, influencer and entertainment
  • Support the execution of talent event attendance
  • Monitor and track VIP and influencer coverage on all channels including online, print, broadcast and social
  • Own talent sample trafficking process including Library loans, internal sample shares, store stock pulls and stylist pulls
  • Organize and maintain PR showroom and closets
  • Support the fulfillment of daily celebrity dressing requests, including sample preparation, packaging, shipping and returns
  • Support the execution of talent gifting and seeding programs


Experience And Skills


  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook applications
  • Experience with sample trafficking suggested
  • Strong organizational and time management
  • Knowledge of celebrity, entertainment, fashion industry and social media channels preferred
