MAIN PURPOSE:
It’s an exciting time to join LOEWE as we go through a period of rapid growth. As a member of the Client Relations Team the CRM Assistant, North America is responsible for helping in coordinating in-store animation of all client-related activities to create desirability in North America. In close partnership with the Client Relations Manager, Americas you will also help in the implementation of Loewe’s clienteling application and support the gifting program.
This position will report to the Client Relations Manager, Americas and will be based in New York.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Events and Experiences
- Assist in coordinating VIC experiences such as Fashion Show Experience, craft & cultural exclusive brand projects
- Assist in organizing in-store seasonal client activations & store traffic drivers to support product launches, capsule collections, popups and campaigns
Clienteling and Gifting
- Support the gifting program.
- Assist in deploying Loewe’s clienteling app amongst retail teams and ensuring adoption of the tool.
CRM and Analytics
- Help in supervising the local client database: ensure the accuracy and quality in data capture in the region, and liaise back with CRM Manager to identify potential cleansing / quality action requirements.
- Assist in measuring the ROI of CRM actions.
You will have direct interaction with several areas of the organization including:
- Marketing and Communications local team
- Client / CRM HQ team
- Retail / Retail operations local team
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills and expertise:
- Knowledge of the North American market
- Multi-tasking ability
- Experience in collaborating in high-level customer analysis
- Experience in implementing in-store and off-site events.
- Passion for being in the field and in stores
- At least 1 year experience in CRM / customer coordination roles in premium fashion brands (either in-store or at corporate level).
- Fluent in French or Spanish a plus.
- Ability to work closely across global teams and local teams. Good and effective interpersonal and communication skills. Collaborative and supports CRM Manager to foster a team environment amongst cross functions.
- Good sense of luxury & fashion.

The compensation for this position ranges from $31-36 P/Hr. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
