The team is comprised of industry experts with over 45 years of combined experience focusing on providing recruiting and talent management for Information Technology and Professional Services industries.
Role Description:
The digital sourcing role focuses on time and efficient discovery of great candidates for our client's human resource needs. This role interacts with clients to define a clear job description and to understand the business's cultural style. The role is responsible for physically acquiring resumes for all common and novel positions via pre-filled job requisitions and client requests through our own Xerox website and other similar platforms. The business driver is to have a large pool of quickly available candidates to place at a moment’s notice for short-term and long-term contractor positions. This role may require work outside of the standard day’s operating hours as some candidates cannot interact with contract companies during their normal business day. This role requires a self-starter who flourishes under independent work metrics inside of a team of like-minded professionals who are there to get things done! This role is mostly remote, however, there will be times when face-to-face meetings internally and externally are required.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Actively manage open requisitions coming from sales and service and abide by deadlines for completion
  • Create and post job descriptions on all available job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and any other possible channels
  • Utilize various sourcing skills to include tagging, flagging, key word search, and Boolean search
  • Communicate with hiring managers to assess work environment, office culture, and obtain detailed job descriptions
  • Interview, screen and complete reference checks on all candidates in a time-sensitive manner
  • Sense of urgency is imperative – the value proposition of Xerox IT Service’s staffing is quick sourcing turnaround
  • Other tasks as required for the role and define by management
  • Source candidates and build a candidate pipeline through various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, iCIMS, Zip Recruiter, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
  • Ensure all candidates understand the nature of the job and provide all contact information and directions regarding client location
  • Work inside of iCIMS database to tag and flag candidates for opportunities
  • Demonstrate excellent interviewing skills and must have intuitive nature to discern best fit for the job and culture of the client
  • Communicate with Staffing Coordinator to onboard new employees in a timely manner
  • Manage generic engineering requisitions to perpetually bolster pipeline growth
  • Manage iCIMS database and communicate with all applicants verbally or via email explaining next steps in the process
  • Coordinate offer letters and negotiate salary and benefits under supervision
  • Facilitate meeting between hiring manager and applicant
  • Match applicants to job openings through iCIMS tagging system
  • Report on weekly process metrics such as time-to-live, candidates vetted, and tagging completes
  • Participate in career fairs and develop relationships with local colleges to recruit graduates
