4+ years of experience as a Sourcer focused on recruiting hard to fill roles

2+ years of experience focused on Sourcing technical roles

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms, crafting Boolean search strings, tools & resources)

Experience sourcing for 5 or more different roles simultaneously

Ideally, experience sourcing technical talent for international teams.

Actively mines Taleo and other online job sites to generate resumes to ensure potential candidates meet requirements.

Generates high quality candidates for assigned openings.

Maintain talent pool of passive candidates to reduce sourcing times on future searches.

Update recruiting system (Taleo) with status of candidates screened.

Provide support to department regarding onboarding new candidates and fill - in when necessary.

Inspiring and fostering an environment of anti-racist behaviors among and between departments and co-workers.

Develop pipeline of talent with Analyst, Associate and Manager candidates across various consulting practices for current and future openings

Manage applicant tracking system (Taleo) and recruiting event platform (Yello) throughout the recruitment process

Manage external job postings and job posting sites, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Alumni Sites, and school career pages as necessary

Collaborate across Experienced and Campus recruiting teams and play an active role on strategic projects

1-2 years of in-house or agency recruiting experience preferred

Sourcing experience in a competitive market required

Partner with the full-cycle recruiter to understand job requirements to source the most sought-after tech and other talent on the market

Collaborate with full cycle recruiter to schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers

Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and progress to the talent acquisition team and hiring managers

Experience souring tech talent highly preferred

Experience working in Linkedin Recruiter

Complete and send offer letters and finalize all necessary pre-hire details

Conduct preliminary interviews using best practice selection tools and methods to filter out unqualified candidates and reduce burden on hiring managers

You have at least 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition achieving hiring goals

You have amazing verbal and written communication skills to enable you to communicate with candidates as well as within the organization
