Talent Acquisition Contract Recruiter

Your role at Sephora... As a Talent Acquisition Contract Recruiter, DCs, you will help fuel Sephora with extraordinary technology talent. You will identify and recruit talent to facilitate Sephora’s continued success in creating truly inspirational customer experiences. This will be a 6-month contract with possible extension opportunity.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from research through onboarding
• Treat all candidates with dignity and respect
• Identify and prioritize organizational hiring requirements, in collaboration with HR and hiring managers, and execute against them
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with opportunistic talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop successful recruitment processes and strategies
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
• Pipeline under represented talent of color for all levels within the DCs, to include: Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, Loss Prevention
• This role will primarily support Sephora’s DC Exempt hiring efforts for our Supply Chain DC network however may also support other teams as needed.
• Anticipate the Company’s future hiring needs and proactively build relationships with relevant talent
• Work with other members of the talent acquisition team to track goals, metrics, and performance of the team
• Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times

• Perform market research on the technical talent landscape, maintain a strong grasp of industry trends & competition, and share relevant information with the business

We would love to hear from you if…

• Excellent phone presence with polished communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Distribution Center or Logistics Recruiter at a top tier recruiting agency or in-house talent team; ideal candidate will have a mix of both.
• Track record of timely correspondence and simultaneous project management ability.
• Refined email and social media etiquette.
• Prior success identifying and recruiting top DC and Logistics talent across all levels not limited to: Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, Loss Prevention
• Personal passion and interest in Retail, Beauty and Consumer Brands.
