Systems Analyst - Remote

You will be responsible for the development, optimization, maintenance, and support of critical applications across a portfolio of products. As a Systems Analyst, you will be expected to partner with Business Analysts and IT to compile, synthesize and produce technical specifications for processes or systems. Collaborate with business partners, subject matter experts, and the team to ensure that deliverables are met.
What You'll Do In This Role

• Collaborate with other Systems Analysts to understand best practices and the landscape of systems solutions.
• Provide day-to-day production support, including troubleshooting issues. Analyzes and revises existing system logic.
• Participate in design walkthroughs. Assist with functional testing as required, and execution to ensure success.
• Translate user requirements, write technical specifications, and work closely with development resources on use cases, flowcharts, and technical design.
• Assists in post-implementation support and system enhancements.
• Helps develop and document system processes and specifications modifications as required.

Compensation
Salary Range: $73,200 – $122,000 plus eligibility for the company annual bonus program.
Your Education, Experience, And Skills

• Adaptability, including dealing effectively with ambiguity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Equivalent work experience may be accepted.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a large, cross-functional team.
• Experience with solutions design and development of software requirements.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• 2 to 4 years of Information Technology experience preferred.
• Knowledge of workflow and process modeling.
• Track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Self-motivated, with the ability to work on two or more projects/tasks with moderate direction, and apply good judgment and decision-making skills.
• Accountability and ownership of your work and actions
• Ability to effectively communicate with business & technical peers.
