Position Overview:

LiveGood is a leading health and wellness company dedicated to empowering individuals to live healthier and more fulfilling lives. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Health & Wellness Coordinator to join our team. As the Health & Wellness Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting healthy lifestyles and fostering a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement wellness programs, engage with clients, and coordinate various health initiatives to enhance their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  1. Wellness Program Development: Collaborate with the management team to design and develop comprehensive health and wellness programs that cater to the needs of our clients. These programs may cover areas such as nutrition, fitness, mental health, stress management, and overall lifestyle improvement.
  2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including individuals and corporate partners. Understand their specific health and wellness goals and provide personalized guidance and support to help them achieve these objectives.
  3. Health Promotion: Organize and promote health-related events, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness about the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle. These initiatives may focus on healthy eating, physical activity, mindfulness, and other relevant topics.
  4. Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data related to the effectiveness of wellness programs and initiatives. Use data insights to refine and improve future programs for optimal impact.
  5. Coaching and Counselling: Provide one-on-one coaching and counselling sessions to clients seeking assistance in achieving their health and wellness goals. Utilize your expertise to create personalized plans tailored to each individual's needs.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and human resources, to ensure seamless integration of wellness programs into the company's overall strategy.
  7. Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in health and wellness. Use this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate the company's wellness offerings.
  8. Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all wellness programs and activities comply with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
