As a Supply Chain Strategy & Operations Associate at GFiber, you will be an integral part of a team that evaluates the operational and financial viability of supply chain opportunities. You will ensure that GFiber Supply Chain Operations (SCO) is making sound operational decisions. You’re familiar with providing quantitative support, defining metrics, delivering insightful data and analysis, developing operational plans and mitigations against risk. Whether it's modeling business scenarios, creating demand planning models, or tracking performance metrics, you will present your work to our leaders to make strategic decisions and measure performance of existing initiatives.
Additionally, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to provide analytical support, and bridge communications between teams and business partners. You will be identifying GFiber's biggest areas of opportunity, being at the center of critical decision making, having a direct impact on how the business operates. You’re adaptable, and you thrive in dynamic environments.
In this role, you'll:

• Write SQL queries,and work with large, comprehensive datasets to reduce obstacles.
• Build and maintain reporting pipelines and dashboards, including troubleshooting, development, and access controls.
• Collaborate with a wide variety of cross-functional partners to understand business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end data analysis, model creation and rollout.
• Synthesize data to develop compelling, insightful recommendations and present to stakeholders.
• Work closely with leadership to automate the roll-up of key performance metrics against approved plans for dissemination to GFiber executives.

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

• Experience developing dashboards or performing analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or 6 years equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a finance role focused on analytics in the supply chain function.
• Experience with database query and coding in SQL or similar database platforms, driving analysis, problem solving, and quantitative modeling and forecasting.

It's preferred if you have:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using data to identify opportunities for business improvement and defining/measuring the success of those initiatives.
• Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly to changing priorities and work with effective business judgment and thought leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $139K - $153K + bonus + equity + benefits. Your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
