Your Impact
As a Senior Director of Supply Chain Strategy, you'll be at the forefront of our dynamic team, collaborating with visionary leaders and contributing to the growth of a thriving organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
Crafting and communicating both short-term and long-term strategic goals for our Supply Chain network, including Inventory, Distribution, Transportation, Logistics, and Asset Recovery.
Championing the evolution of our work methodologies by partnering with business leaders to enhance processes, systems, and our organizational structure.
Leading cross-functional Supply Chain Working Groups to ensure seamless collaboration and innovation.
Evaluating potential business models and strategic initiatives to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
Collaborating closely with senior leaders to implement strategies, ensuring seamless timelines and cost-effective solutions.
Developing and executing top-tier supply chain processes that set industry benchmarks.
Representing Supply Chain in high-level strategy discussions and internal meetings.
Fostering buy-in and breaking down silos by working closely with stakeholders across the Supply Chain spectrum.
Driving the adoption of streamlined processes, tools, and standards across the organization to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (required); MBA or relevant master’s degree (preferred).
10+ years of progressive responsibility within the distribution industry.
Experience In Project Management And Demonstrated Analytical Capabilities.
Skills in presentation development and an ability to create compelling narratives.
