Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Program Management

Tesla’s Global Logistics Team team is responsible for developing logistics strategies, contract management, logistics planning, New product introductions and continuous improvement activities with carriers and internal stakeholders. The Supply Chain Manager role requires effective communication at all levels both with internal and external teams, tracking and reporting of performance to goal, developing systems and teams to manage quality, delivery, cost savings, and on-the-spot critical decision making. This is truly a cross-functional role that will work with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance groups on priorities across Tesla’s business sectors and the successful candidate will be expected to drive successful, on time project delivery, operate as a self-starter, and take ownership of all areas impacting part quality.
