ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
The Austin E. Cofrin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay seeks applicants for two one-year Lecturers in Supply Chain Management to be housed in its Department of Business Administration.
This position includes the following responsibilities:
- Mentor students to increase professional development, career advancement, and engagement in experiential learning opportunities inside and outside the classroom.
- Perform institutional and community service.
- Contribute to ongoing development of the Cofrin School of Business and participate in the AACSB accreditation efforts.
- Perform scholarly activities, service, and professional engagement activities consistent with the Cofrin School of Business expectations for a Lecturer.
- Teach lower- and upper-level courses in Supply Chain Management and Logistics or general business. Courses will be taught both face-to-face and online (in asynchronous and synchronous formats).
QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Evidence of a demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching
- Evidence of engagement in institutional, community, or professional service endeavors
- MBA and Master's degree holders must have 3-5 years of relevant professional work experience
- MBA, Master's degree, or earned doctorate in Business or closely related field, with specialization in Supply Chain Management from an AACSB accredited institution
- Ongoing record of scholarship

SPECIAL NOTES:
The home campus of these positions is Green Bay and the successful candidates may be required to teach an occasional course at the Marinette, Sheboygan, or Manitowoc Campus.
Positions are full-time, one-year, Instructional Academic Staff appointment. These positions may have the option to work on-campus or a hybrid schedule subject to approved telecommuting request. Official transcripts of the highest degree achieved will be required of finalist(s). A criminal conviction investigation will be conducted on the finalist(s). Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
This position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
